This is a quality rv perfect for full timers or the weekend warrior that needs the extra space. It has a rear living room and mid kitchen. It is a 4 season camper with full underbelly insulation and heated water storage tanks. Also included is a 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500 4X4 with only 55K miles. This pickup comes with an 18K lbs reese slider hitch. It has only pulled the camper 5 times. I have previously worked on the road doing construction and I spent last winter in Indiana in this camper. It performed perfectly. I have had no problems what so ever with this rig. It is true to its billing as a solid reliable camper. I have installed a washer and dryer in it also. They are made by Whirlpool. They are designed for an apartment not a camper so they will do more laundry than your typical camper washer and dryer.
